I am an internationally Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and an Accredited Positive Psychology Practitioner. I specialise in Nutrition and Positive Psychology.
I clearly remember being told by one of my managers along the way that my primary "weakness" is that I don't settle for less than I know I can achieve. It's one of my core beliefs in life.
So, it applies naturally to my business. I don't take no for an answer when it comes to our body's capacity to heal, as long as the body has its needs met.
To fulfill my mission I ensure that I am always up to date and gather enough scientific evidence, and offer you appropriate support to make a difference in the way you live and enjoy your life.
